Bookings Policy At Tarn Saunas, we want your experience to be simple, smooth, and enjoyable. Please take a moment to read our booking policy before confirming your session. Booking -All sauna sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. -Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. -You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Late Arrivals -Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. -Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions for late arrivals. Health & Safety -Sauna use is at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that you are fit and well enough to use the sauna. -If you have any health conditions (such as heart issues, respiratory problems, or are pregnant), please seek medical advice before booking. -You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Tarn Saunas. Weather & Outdoor Conditions -Our sauna operates in most weather conditions.In the rare event that we need to cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations & Refunds -Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your booking will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking are non-refundable. -If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Under the same conditions you booked. Respect & Community -Please treat the sauna, the natural environment, and fellow guests with respect. -Tarn Saunas reserves the right to refuse service if guidelines are not followed.
